OK I made it to LvL 19 and am wondering if there are anymore "main quests/missions"?

I've found Bloodstone Fen, Ventari's Refuge, and Quarrel Falls?, there are other areas on the maps, do I need to walk there first? am I "out of quests"? Where do I find the next quest?

From Ventari's Refuge, you're going to need to head back east and find Aurora Glade. You should have a "primary quest" given to you in Ventari's Refuge that will direct you to Aurora Glade.

By the way, you're about half-done with the missions after Bloodstone Fen.

Actually I think I got to Aurora Glade, (I'm at work now and can't check) where am I going from there?

if you are in a place with mission, you will be able to click "enter mission", otherwise just run around talk to the main NPC there and read what he says.

Finishing Aurora Glade will get you to the Henge of Denravi (city) where you'll have to run to Riverside Province (coop mission) and then do Sanctum Cay (coop mission). Then you go to the Crystal Desert to do your ascension missions (four total) followed by the Dragon's Lair. After Ascension you go to the Southern Shiverpeaks for three more coop missions, and then the ring of fire for the last missions. You've got a ways to go still.
